We're here to make your life easier. Agent-At-Large is a talent-led production company based in London.

The idea for Agent-At-Large came from founder Pete Gearing, who cut his teeth as a re-toucher at a repro house. He witnessed  the many hands involved in bringing creative work to life and wondered if there might be a more joined up way of doing things. Less people, more expertise, faster turnaround and frankly, a more pleasurable, streamlined experience making for better creative work.

We take your brief and find the right talent for the job, whether you're making TV, print, digital or an integrated campaign. But we don't stop there. Finding the perfect director/photographer for your brief is just the beginning.

What we do best is seeing a project through from beginning to end using our unique blend of expertise in talent matching, client servicing, creation oversight and delivery.

We've been lucky enough to work with some of the world's best loved brands over the years, for big worldwide agencies through to start-ups. And we have a lot of repeat business, which we hope shows we're decent people who're easy to work with.
